SUMMARY
Healthy sleep patterns are a combination of adequate sleep duration, good sleep quality, and regular sleep timing. Given this centrality of healthy sleep patterns for adolescents` well-being, it is of the utmost importance to understand, on the one hand, which factors can affect sleep and, on the other, how sleep patterns influence other aspects of their lives.
