SUMMARY

    The authors have prepared pure nickel oxide films and those codoped Which are With iron and tin on glass substrate using spin coating. (XRD) measurement shows that the films prepared with Molars concentration (0.3M) and annealing temperature (573 k) were found to be Amorphous structure and annealing at (723k) temperature, change into polycrystalline. the optical properties show,they transport records . . .
