- what: This study showed that the 20NE test kit had high validation for the rapid and correct of fish pathogenic A. hydrophila. In the present study, Aeromonas hydrophila strains were identified with the classical PCR technique, and the two different test kits and the results were compared. This study reveals that the temperature difference does not differ in identifying Aeromonas hydrophila with these commercial kits.
