- what: This study demonstrated that the incidence of endoscopically confirmed reflux esophagitis after tubular esophagogastric anastomosis was lower than that of conventional esophagogastric anastomosis. The patients in the study had relatively early pathological stages, with ascribed to the possibility that tubular esophagogastric anastomosis on one hand reduces the secretion of gastric acid, prolongs reflux distance, and makes it difficult for gastric acid . . .
