The authors included trials with oat beta-glucan intervention or added oat beta-glucan to certain foods or the diet. Besides, the effect of oat beta-glucan in oat bran might decrease when compared with juice added with oat beta-glucan. To the surprise, the authors found that food or diet added with oat β-glucan may have a stronger effect . . .
