    The Lived Experience Working Group (LEWG) of people with personal experience of mental health issues and involvement in research, has been part of the Mental Health Policy Research Unit (MHPRU) almost since it was established at University College London (UCL) and King`s College London (KCL) in 2017 (more information here https://www.ucl.ac.uk/ psychiatry/service-user-and-carer-involvement-mhpru). The authors discuss co-production of mental health research, including the impact on researchers and research outcomes. Co-production within rapid research is not a field that has been explored before . . .
