  • what: Several metered dose inhalers (MDIs) also appeared in the responses, such as salbutamol (Ventolin), fluticasone (Flixotide), formoterol + fluticasone (Flutiform), and formoterol + beclomethasone (Foster), but for the purpose of this study, these MDIs were disregarded. The study has limitations, firstly being a questionnaire study, which relies on the memory of past events.
