    SAH interacts with METTL9M6 mainly via hydrogen_bonding interactions, with its adenosine ring sandwiched between Leu175 and Leu211 of METTL9M6. Specifically, the ribose O3` and O4` atoms of SAH are hydrogen_bonded to Glu174 of METTL9M6; the SAH amide is hydrogen_bonded to the main chain of Leu; and the carboxylate groups of SAH form polar interactions with the side chains of Asn210 and Tyr295 (Supplementary Fig S1d).
