From reflection diaries to practical guidance for transdisciplinary research: learnings from a kenyan air pollution project

SUMMARY

An exception is health research, where individual solicited diaries are commonly used (e_g Meth 2003; Cohen et_al 2006). Some products were temporary (e_g theatre performances) but in other cases these were recorded and put on YouTube (e_g Dennis​ ` digita​ l story, and Mazin​gira song). Funded period: planning Speed up academic bureaucracy as much as possible, e_g signing of contracts, since the reflection diaries highlighted frustration for some around these aspects. Conduct preparatory work (e_g stakeholder mapping) to identify power imbalances at different levels (e_g north-south; intra community; gender-based) and begin planning . . .
