• how: The authors designed a multicenter retrospective study to evaluate the efficacy of anti-PD-1 therapy on HBV+ non-liver cancer patients by comparing them with their HBV- counterparts (Supplementary Fig S1A). The authors conducted principal component analysis (PCA) for linear dimension reduction using the RunPCA function and the top 30 PCs were used for further analyses.
