Occupational psychosocial risks are a complex concept, as they involve such work content, workload, work rhythm, work schedule, control, environment and team, organizational culture, function, interpersonal relationships at work, role in the organization, development career, work-at-home interference. Currently, there are different instruments to evaluate the occupational psychosocial risks, such as the Job Content Questionnaire (JCQ); Effort Reward Imbalance (ERI) Questionnaire; COPSOQ (Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire); General Nordic Questionnaire on Psychological and Social Factors at Work (QPS Nordic).
