    An analysis of this issue will provide knowledge on the relationship of the coronal alignment of the lower limb between radiographs taken in two different positions and may allow the prediction of lower limb alignment in a standing position using a radiograph taken in a supine position. When measuring coronal alignment of the lower limbs in patients with the corresponding factors, radiographs taken in the supine position may not be an appropriate alternative to standing radiographs.
