SUMMARY
FPCs aspire to inclusiveness and democratic principles, involving stakeholders from across the food system, i.e., food businesses, governmental agencies, civil society organizations, universities, consumers (Carlson and Chappell, 2015; Halliday et_al, 2019; Santo, 2019). Little evidence has been produced about the actual contributions of FPCs to sustainable food system transitions (Harper et_al, 2009; Calancie et_al, 2018).
