SUMMARY
The rapid development of assisted reproductive technology (ART) has enabled many infertile patients to have a child by in_vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) and its expanded technologies. Under appropriate ovarian stimulation, the number of retrieved oocytes is still lower than expected in some patients, and this phenomenon is called poor ovarian response (POR).
