    The addition of sBCMA (0-200 ng/mL) significantly inhibited % CD138+ cell lysis (P and amp;lt; 0.01) and % CD107a degranulation in patient T_cells (P and amp;lt; 0.006), starting from 12.5 ng/mL sBCMA (Fig 2A). Co-treatments with 0.1 µM LY-411575 or 1 µM DAPT consistently augmented . . .
