- what: Based on the transcriptomic data, the authors provide robust SPPA algorithm which is accurate and sensitive in its ability to evaluate the cellular responses to differences in cigarette smoke exposure. The SPPA algorithm developed in this study focus on comprehensive signaling pathways and provides an effective quantitative tool by integrating transcriptomic data to accurately assess biological risk of CS.
