    Since then, nHbs have also been found in, or associated with, nerve tissues of several other invertebrate taxa, such as molluscs, arthropods, nemerteans, and nematode species. The resulting peptides were separated on a Vydac C18 column (2.1 mm ⫻ 25 cm; flow rate, 200 ␮l/min) using the same gradient as for globin purification. Poly(A)⫹ mRNA was purified from ⬃100 ␮g of total RNA . . .
