- what: This study demonstrated the performance of FTIR spectroscopy coupled with multivariate analysis (PCR, PLSR, and discriminant analysis) to detect adulterant drugs (Prednisone and Metamizole) in ternary mixtures with relieving herbal pain medicines.
- how: Discriminant Analysis used almost the whole region of wavenumber (3933716cm-1) for the classification model and the result was evaluated by Coomans plot to find out the accuracy level.
