HIGHLIGHTS
- who: Antoine Gleizes et al. from the Institut Régional du Cancer de Montpellier, CNRS, rue des Apothicaires, Montpellier, FranceDepartment of Bioinformatics, Semmelweis University, Budapest, Hungary have published the Article: RIP140 Represses Intestinal Paneth Cell Differentiation and Interplays with SOX9 Signaling in Colorectal Cancer, in the Journal: Cancers 2021, x of /2021/
- what: The authors demonstrated that RIP140 is a major transcriptional regulator of Sox9 expression and activity with significant consequences for PC differentiation and intestinal tumorigenesis. This study also identified RIP140 as a SOX9 interactor able to inhibit its transactivation potential.
