- what: The authors investigated such interactions between only two culturable representatives of the bacterial genus Gemmata, i.e. G. obscuriglobus and G. massiliana. The experiments were performed in five independent replicates during 72 hours in 12-well tissue_culture plates, each containing independently Gemmata species, as previously described for amoebae.
