- what: The authors investigated the overexpression of miRNA-301a in human ASCs (hASCs) and found that this miRNA increased cell survival by inhibiting ASK1 expression under hypoxic conditions. The authors showed ASK1-dependent downregulation of p38/JNK/NFκB activation using ASK1 siRNA .
