- what: The authors characterized the genetic features of 332 SNP to select a panel of 48 markers suitable for cultivar identification in grapevine. The authors show here that the panel has a similar discrimination power as a set of 15 SSR markers and can represent a very robust genetic identification system, problem-free of allele miscalling among laboratories or detection technologies.
