• What: Present study was designed to evaluate immunity and duration of immune response in cell culture CSF with and without incorporation of adjuvant. RESULTS AND Discussion Study was conducted to evaluate the humoral immune_response of CSF whole virus vaccine with adjuvant single dose, CSF whole virus vaccine without adjuvant single dose and with booster dose and unvaccinated as control group.
