• What: This study investigates the impact of policies on in primary schools addressing the growing need for effective strategies in increasingly diverse classrooms. The aims of this research to evaluate the correlation between policy implementation and student outcomes identify effective management strategies and compare performance across different demographic and regional contexts. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach the study combined quantitative analysis of standardized test scores GPAs and language proficiency assessments with qualitative insights from interviews and focus groups with educators students and parents.
