- what: The authors show that these mice spontaneously develop angiosarcomas, including cardiac angiosarcoma, but not other tumor types, at a higher frequency than wild-type mice. Based on the fact that the Pot1a+/R117C mice don not present an increase incidence in either carcinomas, sarcomas or hematological tumors, and only a significant increase in angiosarcomas . . .
