- who: Ewelina Maślak and colleagues from the Centre for Modern Interdisciplinary Technologies, Nicolaus Copernicus University, Wileńska , Str, Nicolaus Copernicus University, Gagarina , Str, Toruń, Poland have published the research: A New Approach to Imaging and Rapid Microbiome Identification for Prostate Cancer Patients Undergoing Radiotherapy, in the Journal: Microorganisms were present in 140/181 urine samples, using three different culture media obtained over 450 bacterial isolates. The best microbial growth was observed on TSA (universal medium) and CLED (differential medium for urine specimens); the largest number of isolates was obtained in those media.
