- who: Xue-Feng Ni from the Light and scanning electron microscopy Nematodes were collected from the intestine of the marine toad Rmarina (Linnaeus) (Anura, Bufonidae) in various locations from Queensland, Australia. Specimens were fixed and stored in, % ethanol until study. For light microscopy studies, nematodes were cleared in lactophenol.
