- how: The authors compared each of these clusters with the set of significantly differentially expressed genes observed in the Raf926 mutant RNA-seq analysis (Fig 3C). The lack of ventral furrow in Raf926 was very similar to dorsal and Toll mutants so the authors evaluated the activity of the Toll pathway in mutant embryos.
