(ESCC) is the main histologic type of esophageal cancer. Distinguishing these tumor cells from normal cells can improve the treatment response of cancer. DDR gene (DDRG) mutations usually result in a high somatic mutation load in malignant cells, and these variations in turn trigger the production of tumor-specific neoantigens.
