The proband (II-18, 32 years old) underwent 1 unsuccessful IUI, 3 IVF/ICSI attempts with her oocytes, and 3 IVF/ICSI attempts with donated oocytes. Totally, in 3 IVF attempts with donated oocyte, 2 first attempts were failed and finally, in the last one, she got pregnant. According to the three-dimensional (3D) structure of TLE6 . . .
