  • What: The review described in this protocol will be the first critical realist review of the literature reporting on the impact of interventions to promote pupils` wellbeing by improving the school climate in Low- and Middle-Income Countries. The study design and if it is fit for purpose (quality/rigour); 8. The analysis will aim to identify a middle-range interdisciplinary theory that explains how school climate impacts pupils` wellbeing. In the review, the authors aim to identify the generative mechanisms and social structures that explain how and why SBCCIs promote the wellbeing of pupils.
