Loop is present on the hind wing. Cytogenetically, 258 libellulid species have been described throughout the world which also includes 45 species from India (Dasgupta, 1957; Kuznetsova and amp; Golub, 2020; Walia and amp; Singh, 2021). This wide range in the chromosome number is due to the chromosomal fusion/fragmentation or the presence/ absence of m chromosomes in both intra and interspecific populations . . .
