• What: By adopting a system perspective this study investigates how human- robot collaboration (HRC) transforms work practices (i.e. customer care). The authors explore the evolution of this activity system according to an expansive learning process, which involves a critical examination of existing work practices and an analysis of how HRC transforms such practices.
