A thermodynamic study on hydration and dehydration of dna and rna−amphiphile complexes

HIGHLIGHTS

  • who: A Heidari from the FacultySouth University, Comet StIrvine, CA, USA have published the article: A Thermodynamic Study on Hydration and Dehydration of DNA and RNA−Amphiphile Complexes, in the Journal: (JOURNAL) of Mar/21,/2016

SUMMARY

In the current opinion, the authors would like to study adhesion of DNA and RNA-amphiphile complexes to non-modified glasses, glasses containing phenylboronic acid (PBA) attached via 3- glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane (GPTMS) and glasses containing grafted dimethyllacrylamide-acrylamide phenylboronic acid (DMAA-AAPBA) copolymer (DMAA-AAPBA- glasses). After that, the authors modified glasses by_(3-mercaptoropyl) trimethoxy silane . . .
