SUMMARY
Thiopurines, such as mercaptopurine (MP), its prodrug azathioprine (AZA) and thioguanine (TG), are part of the therapeutic armamentarium for the treatment of several pediatric diseases including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The stock solutions of 100 mM TG and 100 mM MMP were prepared in DMSO and stored at -20 ◦ C.
