- What: This work shows the signal amplification applications of the vdW BJTs for neuromorphic computing and wearable healthcare devices. The authors report on a vdW BJT that was constructed by vertically stacking MoS2, WSe2, and MoS2 flakes in sequence. This work shows the AC characteristics of the vdW BJT and experimentally proves the device`s ability to process alternating signals.
