  • What: The focus of this paper is on the framework that aims to accelerate the development of renewable hydrogen projects. The analysis has shown that there are legal figures in Germany and Spain which are intended to accelerate the authorization of renewable hydrogen projects, but which have adverse effects on public participation. In the following, the results of the analysis are contextualized and evaluated.
