Appropriate acetabular component position regarding inclination and anteversion in total hip arthroplasty (THA) is critical to implant function and longevity. This study proposes a simplified fluoroscopic assessment method that can be used intraoperatively to accurately measure acetabular cup anteversion and inclination.
