The studies show that in differentiated PC12 cells, Gu03b1q activation sequesters two mRNAs important for endocrine function and cellular energy in Ago2 stress granules. The authors show similar stress granule assembly as followed by the marker protein G3BP1 and that these particles are stable . . .
