Adaptation of the social well-being scale for teachers and school staff

• What: The aim of this study was to assess the reliability, and structural validity of this adapted instrument, as well as its relationship with a set of criteria for convergent validity. The authors show that it is possible to assess teachers` and school staffs` social well-being at school, by way of adapting Keyes`s original social well-being instrument to the school context.
