- what: The authors demonstrate that the method can be used to design an enzyme for its catalytic power. The authors report CPD calculations that aim to increase the binding of several ligands by MetRS. The authors report the FDBSA results, since they were obtained first and were the basis for choosing which sequences to test experimentally.
