SUMMARY
Human and mouse airway epithelial_cells and C57Bl/6 mice were treated with different aeroallergens or respiratory viruses. The effect of the P2Y13 -R on the activity of airway epithelial_cells was evaluated during and after experimental asthma by employing antagonists or animals with P2Y13 -R gene deletion.
