- What: This investigation assessed the cardioprotective potential of AV towards ISOinduced myocardial damage. This study evaluated the cardioprotective impacts of AV extract on cardiotoxicity induced by ISO injection in albino mice. This study provided compelling evidence that ROS contributed to the toxic consequences of ISO treatment, which is exhibited by noteworthy reductions in GSH levels and enzymatic activities of SOD and CAT in cardiac tissues.
