- what: The authors explore the association between allopurinol use and CSS and OS in a Finnish population-based cohort of men with prostate cancer. FinRSPC screening arm is an interesting factor for subgroup analysis, as chronic inflammation affects PSA and with this analysis, the authors could evaluate how systematic PSA testing may modify allopurinol association with CSS.
