An antihalo void catalogue of the local super-volume

  • What: In Section 2.3, the authors show how to combine these samples into a single catalogue of robustly identified voids. The authors compare the abundance of voids in the combined catalogue to cold dark matter ( CDM) predictions using the antihalo mass function and void size function, and also compute the stacked void density profile. The authors show the antihalo mass function for the combined catalogue in Fig 2, finding that it is consistent with the CDM predictions from MNRAS 531, 2213-2222 S. Stopyra et_al samples to approximate the distribution of the mean mass or radius . . .
