HIGHLIGHTS
- What: The aim of this research is to evaluate the level of comfort cleanliness accessibility and overall service quality. The study was conducted in the waiting room of Tegal City Station, with the objective of evaluating the comfort level of the waiting area for prospective train passengers. In this study, a 5-point Likert scale was implemented to gauge each variable, which includes the options of strongly disagree, disagree, agree, and strongly agree.
