- who: Aline Fastrès from the Client-owned dogs referred to the veterinary hospital of the University of Liège, between January , and December, with a diagnosis of Bbronchiseptica infection, were recruited. Infection with B. bronchiseptica was confirmed by either positive culture (> , colony forming unit/mL), or positive qPCR, or both, on BALF samples and by the resolution of the clinical signs after adapted antimicrobial drug administration. Another inclusion criterion concerned the availability of BALF banked at , °C, for LM analysis. Data were collected from the medical records and included signalment, history, clinical signs, thoracic radiography, bronchoscopy . . .
