- what: This study describes 17 cases of an ABC of the pelvis treated by intralesional curettage, percutaneous instillation of polidocanol and, in selected cases, arterial embolization. The study showed a local recurrence in 4/8 cases (50%) treated by intralesional curettage. This study showed a residual volume of 50% or more in 57% (4/7) of the patients.
