SUMMARY

    Ferromagnetic/magnetic shape memory alloys (FSMA/MSMA) are a specific type of shape memory alloys (SMA) that can change their shape when exposed to a magnetic_field, in addition to the normal thermal shape memory effect of SMAs. In the framework of this article, melt-spun ribbons of different binary and ternary alloys Fe-Pd/Fe-Pd-X (X=Mn, Ga) were coated for the first time with different potentially anticoagulant coatings: PEG, pectin and sulfated pectin.
