SUMMARY
The lipopolysaccharide (LPS) from Pseudomonas aeruginosa was conjugated to tetanus toxoid (TT, inactivated toxin from Clostridium tetani) using the direct reductive amination technique, to develop a conjugate vaccine (LPS-TT). The immune_response was evaluated in_vivo after intraperitoneal injections of the immunogen LPS-TT in Swiss mice, by administration of 4 injections of LPS-TT with the time between applications being 14 days.
